If you're not satisfied and 100% happy (shouting words of joy & celebration) our return policy allows you to send back the merchandise within 30 days of the date you received the package for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price minus any of the shipping fees...To accommodate for Christmas purchases from November 13th through December 9th, 2017 you have 60 days to make the return for a exchange or refund (a few exclusions apply...see policy below)...purchases made before November 13th and after December 9th, 2017 will carry the standard 30 day return policy.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping product back to Boot Junky and no call tag or return label will be included or issued...just log into the account that you created when you purchased from Boot Junky and click on the Return tab...Returns can be made to Boot Junky 1802 N 69th Street Scottsdale AZ 85257.
Products must be returned in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Product must have original tags and must not have been worn, laundered, or altered from its original condition...any returns received that are not in original packaging will be subject to a 20% restocking fee at the discretion of Boot Junky.
Once the return is initated you have 14 days from the date of approved request for the return to arrive at Boot Junky. Please make sure to purchase tracking information with your return so that you can determine the date of delivery complies with the 14 day policy.
You should expect to receive your refund within 10-14 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
