Inspired by an extraordinary pair of Dale Evans' custom high heels, the Ol’ San Antonio Rose Boot is a tribute to the original cowgirl icon and the artistry of the American West. The historical reference? A size 5½ pair of hand floral-tooled black heels featuring Edward H. Bohlin–engraved sterling silver heel caps, custom-made in the 1940s–50s. Now housed in the Cowgirl Hall of Fame, these shoes sparked the design vision behind this breathtaking boot.
Crafted from laser-embossed leather with solid contrast panels, the San Antonio Rose brings intricate floral tooling to life. The 2¾" engraved silver heel caps, nail head detailing, and floral conchos echo the vintage glamour of the original while adding Double D Ranch’s signature Western couture edge.
By underwriting the restoration of the original Dale Evans shoes, Double D Ranch honors the past while creating something bold, beautiful, and ready for a new generation of cowgirls.
