Returns & Shipping Policy

FREE Shipping:

If you're not satisfied and 100% happy (shouting words of joy & celebration) our return policy allows you to request a return authorization and receive a exchange/store credit (if any discount has been applied at point of purchase) or a refund of the purchase price if no discounts have been applied).  If a return/exchange is requested the package must be received back to Boot Junky within 30 days of the date you receive them.) The return period spans from the day product is received by customer until the day Boot Junky receives product back in store.

Boot Junky provides Free Shipping (5 - 7 Day Service for all "In Stock" products) on all Domestic Orders. International shipping is available and pricing will be provided at checkout. If you require rush delivery on a domestic order choices will be provided at check out for expedited services.

*Unless directed otherwise we ship via UPS or FedEx Ground WITH signature required...please register for tracking information on the shippers website once you receive the tracking number so that you can  monitor the progress of your shipment and be home to receive it.  This is a particularly busy time of year and shipments go missing too frequently.  We want to ensure you get your boots, so we will ship this way unless specifically requested not to and the buyer assumes responsibility for the package.  Boot Junky will not be responsible for packages stolen upon delivery so make sure to make alternate plans if you can't be there for the delivery.

Returns & Exchanges:

Returns and Exchanges must be received back to Boot Junky within 30 days from the date they are delivered to you.

Products must be returned in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Product must not show any evidence of wear and must be returned with all its original tags. To ensure that your boots don't show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly. Avoid any kind of hard flooring as it may scuff the soles of the boots.

Make sure the product is in its original packaging, (e.g. boot box), and place it in its original shipping box or original shipping bag. Boot boxes may not be returned with tape or any other shipping labels on them, doing so will result in a 20% restocking fee.

 

To Return/Exchange an item, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account. Using the “Orders” tab in the left hand column, click the Order # you wish to Return, then click "Request Return".
  2. Please fill out all fields as to whether you are returning for refund, store credit or exchange (applies to all purchases where any discount has been applied to the purchase.) If opting for exchange, please note the item number, name, and size of the product you wish to receive under the “Comments” section.
  3. Package item into original packaging (by placing the manufacturer boot box into a separate shipping box). Please include a copy of original invoice so we may better reference your return.
  4. The Boot Junky Returns Department will approve your return request, and you will receive an email authorizing the return.

We pay for the shipping to you however returns are at the purchasers expense... the return address for shipping back to the store is Boot Junky 6747 E Thomas Rd Suite 103 SCOTTSDALE AZ 85251...Please note that Boot Junky will offer free shipping ONCE for exchanges. Upon the second exchange/store credit purchase a shipping fee of $20 will be deducted from the store credit that is issued for the return.  In the case of refused or unclaimed shipments sent back to Boot Junky, shipping charges back out will be at the customer’s expense.

Once the return is received back to Boot Junky please allow 2-3 business days for transactions to post to your Boot Junky account. Online store credit (which applies when a discount code/cart level discount or any discount from original retail pricing) are issued immediately. Exchanges (if in stock) usually ship the day after receipt of return. 

Please note that any shipping service charges incurred outside of our "Free Shipping" option (2nd Day Air, next Day Air, International, etc.) are not eligible to for refund. Product charges only are eligible for refund.

International Shipping:

Boot Junky provides international shipping. Prices are given at check out based on product weight and destination. Please contact us by phone (602-540-8600) or email (sales@bootjunky.com) to request shipment to countries not currently available through our shipping system. All import taxes, including VAT, import duties, etc. are paid for by the customer...ALL PURCHASES MADE AND SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.

We strive to keep the latest, most exclusive boot styles in stock. In addition, many of the boot styles we carry are hand made to order. We urge customers to call us with any questions before ordering to ensure that sizing and styles will be satisfactory.
